Home Reading – Year 2: Y2 Parent Information re Home Reading.
Our weekly spellings will continue to consist of common exception words and words containing our focus phonics. Please encourage your child to practise spelling these words daily using the school font. They could write the words in simple sentences.

Year 2 PE days are: Monday and Friday
The children will need to come to school in their PE kit (including trainers) – not their normal school uniform. They will wear their PE kit for the whole day. Please note: Children taking part in after school sports clubs must also wear full PE kit to school on the day the club is taking place.
