Curriculum:
As a requirement of the Education Reform Act, the Local Authority has developed formal procedures which specify how complaints about the curriculum and collective worship are to be handled, in addition to any other complaints.
When a complaint is made, it should be dealt with class teacher in the first instance, then the Head Teacher, as is the established practice within the school. In the rare instance where a matter cannot be resolved informally, the next stage is for it to be considered by the Governing Body as a formal complaint.
